The mountain range creates a fertile green landscape for fruit and vegetable cultivation all year round. The healthy micro-climate is even at an average temperature of 18 degrees. The golf courses in the area are open all year round. A large selection of international schools are located in the immediate area. Terra Mitica Amusement Park, Aqualandia Water Park well as Benidorms major entertainment venues and shopping center are 15 minutes drive away.
