Within 5-10 minutes you can reach several restaurants, cafes, bars, banks, dog shops, two shared workspaces, hairdressers, pharmacies, fruit shops, a larger Eroski Supermarket, vet, seamstress, dry cleaner, good bakery, petrol station etc etc.
It is also about a 5-minute walk to one of Palma's largest private hospitals, Clinica Juaneda and it takes less than 5 minutes to drive to the motorway.
From the airport, you will arrive at your home within a 15-minute drive.
