This modern semi-detached house, built in 2010, is located in the area of San Nicolás, and is very close to both the beach of Denia and the town centre.

This property is distributed over four floors. On the ground floor, we find an en-suite bedroom, a guest toilet, a fully equipped open plan kitchen and a living room with direct access to its private south-east facing terrace. On the first floor, there are two more bedrooms and a bathroom. This property also has a private solarium with a chill-out area, from where we can enjoy magnificent views of the Montgo mountain. In the basement of this property, we also find another bedroom, a bathroom, and a storage/laundry room.
