Newly built villas in a quiet and scenic area about 1 km from services and about 10 minutes by car from the turquoise waters and white sandy beaches of the Mediterranean. The villas are close to the picturesque Spanish villages of La Nucia and Polop where there is a wide range of local restaurants and bars, as well as shops. The villas have two to three bedrooms, and two or three bathrooms. In addition, they have a simple garden with mountain views and a roof terrace with panoramic sea views. There is the possibility of a private infinity pool on the plot (at an extra cost) and space to park a car.

Polop is a lovely Spanish town with a perfect location and a blend of authentic Spanish culture and stunning views of the Spanish countryside, the mountains and the Mediterranean. The properties are approximately 50 min from Alicante airport and about 11 km from the beach, which is one of the largest within the entire spanish coast. There is also a wide range of shops, restaurants and bars within a few hundred meters from the urbanization. We also find a large number of golf courses in a few kilometers.
