Live digital viewings makes it possible to easily meet the real estate agent and get a view of the property through FaceTime or WhatsApp. A live digital viewing is to be seen as a complement to the physical viewing. After the digital viewing, if you feel that the property is still of interest, the next step would be to plan a viewing on site in Spain together with the agent.

• A request for a live digital viewing can be made either on our website when registering your interest in a desired property, or when in contact with one of our agents.

• The responsible agent schedules an individual digital viewing for your desired property. Please note that not all properties have the option of a digital viewing.

• At the arranged time, the agent will contact you through a video call from the property. Your live digital viewing can begin. You are of course welcome to ask questions during the viewing.
