A large, bright and spacious apartment located in the centre of Calpe, within walking distance to the beach, and all amenities such as restaurants, shops etc.

The living area is divided into three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which is en suite. There is also a kitchen with access to a gallery and a large, modern and bright living room. From this living room we have access to a terrace where we can enjoy the fantastic views of the sea, the bay of Calpe and the famous Peñon D'Ifach. The same views can also be enjoyed from the private balcony, which can be accessed both from the living room and from two of the three bedrooms.

This property includes a private car park and the communal costs are approximately 800€ per year.

Calpe is approximately one hour from Alicante Airport. The area offers a wide range of shops, restaurants and bars as well as one of the coast's finest sandy beaches. Here you can enjoy long seafront and drinks at any of the lounge bars or beach huts during the summer months. The small coastal town is famous for its striking and well-preserved nature.
