These spacious, well-designed villas are built in pairs. Each villa has its own private 175m2 plot which provides ample terraces, pool area and garden on three sides of the villa. We believe these villas offer the best value for money in Spain – we offer a semi-detached villa with over 100m2 of terrace (solarium can be added at extra cost), pool area or garden for the price of an apartment.

The villas have been designed with outdoor living in mind. The living room has two large double doors overlooking the terrace and pool area perfect for al fresco dining. Ample terraces to the front and rear ensure that the owners can sunbathe all day. The villas have modern fitted kitchens with a choice of colours for kitchen units and wall tiles in both kitchen and bathroom as well as floors and terraces.

The two comfortable double bedrooms both have fitted wardrobes. One bedroom has an en-suite shower room and there is a second guest shower room for bedroom 2. The gardens are enclosed by a 40cm wall with hedging for privacy to the front with gates. Buyers can choose to increase the height of the wall around the rear garden up to a height of 180cm (5ft 10in) or add fencing or hedging for privacy.
