This small but well planned residence is located in Pasada de Granadillo, a small village just 25 minutes drive from the beach and 10 minutes from Lake Viñuela.
Surrounded by spectacular nature, it offers views of the mountains, many trails to hike and a lots of tranquility.

The house was originally built in 1920 and renovated in 2021 with a lot of focus on details and creative solutions.
The electrical installation and plumbing were replaced. There is a fireplace that keeps the house warm in the winter and thick walls that keep it cool in the summer.

The house consists of a living room with a mezzanine which is currently used as a place for an extra bed. The living room leads to a nice patio that connects to a bathroom, kitchen and a bedroom.
The patio and all windows are covered with mosquito nets.
The house is located at the end of the street, which makes it possible to enjoy the sun in front of the house.
