Hello! My name is Simone Elderot, and I am the Office Manager at Husman Hagberg in Torrevieja. With over a decade in the U.S., I have extensive experience in the real estate industry and its administrative aspects. My goal is to make your property transaction as smooth and secure as possible.

My journey began in New York, where I worked as an Office Manager and Real Estate Salesperson at Sotheby’s International Realty. After several years in the industry, I transitioned to a real estate startup in NYC, balancing work with studies. It was during this time that I earned my Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Real Estate. After graduating in 2020, I founded Stockhomed, a Scandinavian interior design firm, which I successfully ran before deciding to shift my focus and join Husman Hagberg.

At Husman Hagberg, I play a key role in assisting real estate agents, buyers, and sellers throughout the entire transaction process. I coordinate, organize, and ensure everything runs smoothly—from the first property viewing to contract signing. With my international background, deep market understanding, and passion for service, I strive to create the best possible experience for our clients.
