Costa Blanca

Find your dream home on Costa Blanca

There is a reason why Costa Blanca is called the “white coast”, the magnificent stretches of white beaches gives it away! Plus, this coastline has high mountains and recognisable white cliffs which descend towards the turquoise waters of the Mediterranean Sea. The coastal strip is long, and Costa Blanca offers something for everyone, whether you are on vacation or calling this your home. Costa Blanca regularly attracts a mix of tourists, racing cyclists and golfers. It is also an area for those looking for traditional Spanish culture and gastronomic delights.

Experience the beautiful Costa Blanca

In the northern part, you can find an impressive nature, clean beaches, and beautiful semi-secluded bathing bays. All of which contribute to a unique environment, just waiting to be explored.

The small town of Altea with white stone houses sits above sea level. This is home to artistic trade stalls, culinary delights with fresh produce from local vendors as well as lovely street musicians. In contrast, there are the modern lounge bars and impressive luxury yachts in Denia’s harbour. There are daily ferries from Denia to Ibiza, Formentera, and Mallorca.

The southern part of Costa Blanca offers everything from charming villages to larger cities with a big city pulse and exciting nature experiences with waterfalls and caves. Southern Costa Blanca is a paradise for food lovers, local markets, market halls and many lovely restaurants. The menus reflect the rich selection of freshly caught seafood and a large variety of newly harvested fresh fruit.

The larger city of Elche is known for its palm tree parks and its manufacture of leather products, mainly shoes. The old fishing village of Santa Pola has a charming harbour, from here a ferry goes over to the old pirate island of Tabarca. The island of Tabarca offers crystal clear water that is great for snorkelling.
