These newly built villas are located in a scenic area close to the mountains and sea and close to all amenities and services. Polop is a lovely Spanish town with a perfect location and a blend of authentic Spanish culture and stunning views of the Spanish countryside, the mountains and the Mediterranean. The properties are approximately 50 min from Alicante airport and about 11 km from the beach, which is one of the largest within the entire spanish coast. There is also a wide range of shops, restaurants and bars within a few hundred meters from the urbanization. We also find a large number of golf courses in a few kilometers.
