These newly built apartments are centrally located in Calpe and within walking distance of the town centre, the beach, as well as restaurants, bars and shops. There are still apartments available with sea or mountain views, and with two or three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a living room connected to the terrace and open-plan kitchen. The urbanisation will be delivered with an elevated infinity pool (one floor above ground), a children's pool, a gym, sauna, social areas, cinema room, etc. Parking and storage are optional (extra cost) and there will be different material choices available later during construction. The project is expected to be ready for occupation in 2026.

EXTERIOR

Calpe is approximately one hour from Alicante Airport. The area offers a wide range of shops, restaurants and bars as well as one of the coast's finest sandy beaches. Here you can enjoy long seafront and drinks at any of the lounge bars or beach huts during the summer months. The small coastal town is famous for its striking and well-preserved nature.
