This modern semi-detached house, built in 2010, is located in the area of San Nicolás, and is very close to both the beach of Denia and the town centre.

On the ground floor, we find an en-suite bedroom, a guest toilet, a fully equipped open plan kitchen and a living room with direct access to its private south-east facing terrace. On the first floor, there are two more bedrooms and a bathroom. This property also has a private solarium with a chill-out area, from where we can enjoy magnificent views of the Montgo mountain. In the basement of this property, we also find another bedroom, a bathroom, and a storage/laundry room.

Dénia is a city located on the north coast of the province of Alicante and it is the capital of the Marina Alta. In normal seasons of the year, Dénia has an approximate population of 42,000 inhabitants but in summer the population multiplies by five, reaching more than 200,000 inhabitants.
