The location is on the border between Son Armadams and Son Dureta with an 8 min walk down to the well known Palma Sport & Tennis Club, 10 min walk to Santa Catalina with a plethora of restaurants and bars for all tastes. Around the corner is a large, well-stocked Mercadona supermarket up the road and down the road is a 24-hour petrol station which also has a good range of necessities such as water, ice cream, wine, bread, chocolate etc.

From the entrance gate at street level, it´s two flights of stairs up, outside to get to the apartment which is on the second and top floor.
One enters into a hallway with good space and the open-plan bar kitchen/dining area and living room straight ahead.

There is also good bus communication and cycling facilities. If you play padel, it´s a 10 min walk to Pins padel.
