Every day there are several direct flights from Arlanda and Landvetter to the airport in Alicante. Even some of the smaller airports in Sweden have started to fly the route. From Alicante-Elche Airport it takes about an hour by car to get to areas around the Mar Menor, and there is also the option to choose the airport bus or taxi.
